Our October Meeting Recap

October is now traditionally the month that our members get together to make a new set of decorations for the exterior of The Historical Society in Tarrytown.  Last night we gathered at Rose's home and made a collection of eight new ghosts that will be placed at the Historical Society very soon.  Also be on the look out for a new witty headstone or two on the lawn.

We discussed other business relating to our First Annual Halloween House decorating contest.  Entries are coming in now on a daily basis.  We have established our judging committee and are eagerly anticipating touring the neighborhoods of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow to visit each of the homes.  Are you interested in entering your home?  If so, check out the details in a previous blog post here.
